Is it better to take a shower twice a day (without washing hair)?

What about your body? I don't feel right if I only wash at night, because I'm so tired in the morning, but then when I only wash in the morning, I feel gross at night.
So what I'm saying is: Is it okay to wash in the morning (without soap or whatever) just to wake yourself up, and then wash at night to get rid of all the dirt and sweat and stuff before you fall asleep?

Additional Details

I don't cleanse my face in the morning, ever. It's just not necessary. I mean, unless I pack a lot of products at night or something, all I really need is water.
And no worries, I take care of my skin and moisturize well.

Also, just another thing to add:
the shower in the morning is a QUICK shower. Heck, it's just going under the water for a quick rinse. I HATE wasting water. I take reeaally short showers and I'm able to get everything done because I close the water in between everything I do, and just save it in general.

I only shower 3-4 times a week normally..but yes I would say it is better to shower only with hot water and no soap (but still cleanse your face) in the morning and then with soap at night. then to use soap both times. you could even skip soap both times to be honest..lots of people do water only face and body cleansing.
