for hair i think you should get an ombre hair colour:] basically dip dye hair

Keep it the same (that colour's gorgeous) or get soft honey highlights.
Hair style:
A shorter fringe, more volume on top of head maybe and.. are your hair in layers? That would look great as well :)

Wear little eye shadow, cause u have gorgeous eyes and they already pop up from the beautiful color you have.

I think you should do a dark brown with caramel highlights! And then get it cut like Kourtney Kardashian! She still has length but I see you have natural wave in your hair so it should compliment that well.

You are really lucky because your hair would look good, long or short - if you did opt to go short you'd have to be careful kinda because if it was too angular it would not suit your face - you'd have to have layers or feathered bits. I think maybe get some blonde highlights, and nude shades of makeup would suit you :)
