To get any of these, you can go to any CVS, Walmart, or Kmart
Foundation/Concealers: Covergirl is the best from the cheap ones. LoReal and Revlon leave your skin very blotchy and cakey. Covergirl, if applies right, looks natural and perfect. Neutrogena also has good ones but are alittle more expensive
Lip Gloss: Revlon and LoReal have amazing lip glosses with lasting colors. LoReal's tend to be more sticky than Revlon's though.
Eyeshadows: Wet n Wild and LoReal both have colors that look good and stay on your eyes. Revlon is ok too but I would mostly go with LoReal.
All of these usually range from $6-$12

Usually going to your local drugstore or a place like Target, and browse for a little to see what is the cheapest, but specifically I would say you could look at Avon and click on the "outlet" tab, they can have some really cheap prices for all their makeup. Otherwise, as someone else said, e.l.f is good.
